I love love love these. They are my go to boot in the fall/winter. I've warn them so much the heels have started to wear.

Soft suede, but be careful the black can rub off on certain things when their new. Lack a little in arch support. I can get away wearing and walking in them all day, but sometimes I get soreness in the ball of my feet and arch.

They walk really well. I've danced whole nights in these. The heel has a good bounce, not too stiff. However, once those ties comes loose it's almost impossible to keep them tied again!

Otherwise, these are great quality. A staple in my wardrobe.
