Really like the boot and the service was also great. The boot runs at least a half size large and is a little too roomy in the heel for me, however I think I can make it work. I wear a Euro 35 or US size 5 and I ordered a 5 and its a little too roomy. Has great arch support and I'm going to keep tightening the laces and probably try a heel grip insert. All in all a very nice boot. If you have larger feet you can get a better deal at Meadowwood Mall, they were on sale for $20 cheaper. Peace out.
