Received shoes with two of the ornamental stones missing on the one sandal. Looked like shoes were just thrown in with a crumpled piece of tissue. The stones were just laying inside the box.
Very unhappy when I opened the box since I wanted to wear them the next day. Now I have to take the sandals to a shoemaker to have them reinserted.. And will have him check the other stones to see if they are loose.
