Sperry's move over! These are a great pair of deck shoes. I have had a number of different deck shoes from the traditional looking Sperry's to Harken's that look like running shoes. I haven't had a pair of shoes that are as comfortable as these.

I don't know what the other reviewers are complaining about. I am a sailing instructor, I went through the last season wearing a pair of these for 5 days a week for at least 10 hours a day. They got wet, rained on, dripped grease on, and got some mud on them. Granted they were looking horrible by the end of the season, but not one stitch or a joint came apart and not even a whiff of unpleasant smell which a wet shoe could be a breeding ground for odor causing bacteria! I would rate them more than 5 stars if I could. I was so pleased with them that I just bought another 2 pairs just in case they stopped making them like their un.pacific line which these were a replacements for. Just order half a size up as they are cut a little snug but they form to your foot beautifully.
