I rarely am compelled to review anything but I am so happy with my purchase that I couldn't resist. I just received on Torpatoffeln sandals from Lotta From Stockholm and am in love with them! Swedish hasbeens who??? Lotta From Stockholm sandals are of comparable quality to SH but at a fraction of the cost! Why pay $250 for Swedish Hasbeens when you can practically get the same shoe from Lotta at $90 or less???

I don't typically wear heels as I have chronic back and foot pain issues, but am able to wear these sandals without any discomfort whatsever largely due to their orthopedic footbed design. I am usually a size 5.5 US but bought the size 5 after checking out the footbed measurements on Lotta's official website. I was initially worried that it wouldn't fit and that the braided straps might be too tight but my concerns were unfounded as the comfortable leather is pliable and will stretch/mold to your feet in no time. I highly recommend that you check out their size chart and measure the length of your foot first before you make your purchase as that will give you the most accurate fit rather than relying on standard US sizing.

Lastly, this arrived way earlier than what amazon had anticipated. Transit time from the UK to southern california was 5 days (including labor day holiday on monday).
