They slip on fairly easily, have a snug, but not too tight fit, are very comfortable and warm, breathe well, and have good traction. They're true to size for me. Height isn't mentioned in the description; they're 6" high.

After running errands for about 2 hours, the balls of my feet were hurting. But I don't think there's room for another cushion.

Unfortunately, they're made in China, but at least Baffin admits it (unlike Kamik). Even more unfortunate is that all rubber boots I researched are made in China.
