So, I had the shoes for about 3 months when I started to notice something, a squeak with my every step. Luckily, it was only my right shoe, and it was in the outsole forefoot. I tried various internet ideas from wd-40 to talc but only the silicone lubricant worked, and that only lasted for about 3 hours until the lubricant wore off. I even left it overnight to give it a chance to absorb to no avail. What was odd about the squeak was that it was on EVERY surface. Tile was a given but I noticed it on carpet and even on the sidewalk. Talk about "what the heck?" Anyhow, luckily, I purchased the item from a dept store that allows you to return it even past sever months so I will be taking advantage of that.

Otherwise, the leather and comfort was quite fantastic. I have an 8W foot so it fit me rather well. Just a little loose in the heel area but if it weren't for the squeaky sole, I would have kept it. Hope yours doesn't squeak!
